have you guys ever felt so stressed out that you feel like you just can't possibly stand it any longer? i have been feeling this way for the past few months, because i can't find a job and i'm going to be kicked out of my current living situation. the stress and anxiety has been really overwhelming ...

i'm kind of in the same boat. no medication having much of an effect and currently too broke for therapy. lately i've been isolating a lot and skimping out on my exercise. good times!

you might want to ask your doctor about giving you a medication like ativan to take when you start to feel anxious. because, 4 panic attacks a week is pretty unacceptable. ask about breathing excersizes, too.

man, you are apologizing way too much. you aren't putting some burden on all of us by saying what's on your mind.

you're gonna feel better eventually, man. you've got this immense grief going on, but over time it'll subside.
