Hi. New listener... heard about 25 episodes now.
Been struggling with mental illness for about 22 years now.
I'm 36, grew up in a stable environment with compassionate parents that I live with again...
So ya, I love the show and all the work you do Paul. I hope I can find some good people here and some understanding to myself.
