an online Journal a few days ago and it's really helpful to clear my mind and understand more about what's going with me.
This is the link to it:

Hope it will be helpful.
I'm still going to therapy and it's going well.
Best to everybody

Hello Diary,
Welcome to the boards! Glad you are getting help, and that its working.
I read the first two entries- one has English translation included, one does not (You are French, no?) So I used online translator, my comments below...
"I felt the need to talk about my pathology to my entourage which triggered disproportionate reactions. The refusal of the disease being the most common.
"
Many of us are intimately familiar with depression, so you will find no "refusal" here!
"In the new encounters I'm doing, I'm afraid of being judged alike, but also of being called crazy. However, it is by socializing that suicidal thoughts diminish because insulating me ruminations are very intense.
The chronic aspect of depression reinforces the feeling of worthlessness in me and makes the suicidal thoughts stronger."
You won't be judged here, and you're not worthless. (I know that feeling well). I hope that maybe a few timely exchanges on the board might help you!
A proverb that may apply -
"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver"
"un mot bien dit est comme des pommes d'or dans un décor d'argent"
Wishing you well
