It was a very powerful letter. Sounds like an interesting site, I don't know if I'll ever get around to checking it out or not.

Years ago I drafted a pointed and angry email to a facilities manager, as a way of organizing my thoughts and letting off steam.
And whoops, somehow it got sent! (I blame Microsoft!)
I wasn't abusive, just very blunt. Followed up with an apology and an expanded explanation of my side of the issue.
Now I double check outgoing mail, and imagine if it were posted in Times Square.

I have a notebook I only use when I want to tell people to go f*ck themselves!
