Interesting episode if only for the listener content if people want more of Greg's story I'd suggest listening to Walking the Room Episode 144: A very special Episode.

Paul, I love hearing you talk about your manic run with registering domains. I laughed my ass off when it came up on a NNF episode. Would love to see the list someday. I know that my mania has kicked in, when i spend all afternoon registering domains for an idea I had in the shower that morning.

You know Paul... OldPeopleFucking.com is still being parked. Maybe its not too late for you to buy it back and give it the glory it deserves! :P

Just FYI, there are some rogue harp/advertising intro sounds toward the end of the podcast. Unless I was having auditory hallucinations, which is entirely possible.

Marathonbar,

We are both hallucinating! I heard it, too!

Glad I'm not the only one!
I really enjoyed this episode. I appreciated how Greg said that people assume that suicidal tendencies come on gradually, whereas for him, it came on quickly. He is so right. For me, my mania or psychotic break or whatever you want to call it came on fast and furious. I woke up one day and just had no control over my thoughts and feelings. I need to listen to this episode again-- there was a lot there.
I'm ready to live a life of joy.

OH GOD WHY

I didn't want to see thattttt. Owie.

Now I forgot what I wanted to say. Something Greg said... I think it was something like "therapists are like a pair running shoes." You need them -- they're super important, but you really have to want to find a good one and just because you've tried one that sucked doesn't mean they're all bad. I thought that was a really great analogy. But now I'm just thinking of Paul's fucking wound. Jesus.
xoxo,
Chel
