Has anyone else read some of David Richo's books? (How to be an Adult in Relationships, The Five Things we Cannot Change)
I read the first book, How to be an Adult in Relationships, after I'd split from my ex. Not long after I also began my journey working through Codependency via reading and support groups, and I found that book a really good fit, particularly in the areas of setting boundaries, avoiding expectations, understanding healthy vs. unhealthy behaviors. The Five Things was also a book I found helpful with my codependency issues. I'd love to discuss some of his concepts with anyone else who's also read his works - even if you didn't like them.

Re: David Richo
I'll check them out. I've known I'm co-dependent for a few years, but am only seeking recovery in the last five months or so. Makes a world of difference, especially my support group.
