Breath in…..acknowledge….exhale…..listen…..reflect…it’s all ok, allow the moment to pass and if possible forgive as soon as able.
If that doesn’t work….run!

Re: when others lash out...
My response to others lashing out:
1. Retract all my limbs
2. Run to a point in the middle distance
3. Keep an eye on them
4. Allow the shock-sensations to slowly subside
5. Let out a fearful ‘Arrrggh!!’ at some point in the midst of all the above responses
6. Tremble
7. Squirm
8. Listen
