I find lately when I cry, its a sob that last for hours, almost uncontrollable. I seem to have lost the ability to cry when I'm sad or stressed and appropriate times long ago.

I cry when I feel safe.
Mostly around friends/loved ones, which I guess sucks for them, but they all love me so hey :P. Also animals.

I can cry at something really really beautiful, like nature, or stuff like that [must be the x chromosome], but sometimes I honestly can't cry, it depends what is going on, I never cry in a crisis, I tend to be the one that is completely calm and knows what to do, it's after everything is done that I collapse and have a sob/cry type thing. Delayed emotions is huge with me.
Be gentle with yourself, you're doing the best you can.

I have really hard time crying. As a kid I was able to cry, but as the years passed by I found it harder and harder to cry.
