Oh hai. It's been a while.

It's fall again in my part of the world, and yay for that oh wow boots scarfs pumpkin spice everything candles cozy netflix pies apples cinnamon cozy socks falling leaves orange yellow golden NO!

NO! It's not like that.. It's a trudge towards the deep dark months, where the sun sets at four and goes up at eight thirty, to provide you with a few hours of cold, milky light, before plummeting into darkness again.

In other news I finished my 10 sessions with the psycologist and she's referring me to an MD for bloodwork and assesment of my depression.

So yeah.. Can you point me towards the Road To Recovery?

Totally agree. I've been lucky enough to spend some time living in places without winter for several years. Now that I'm back where I can watch the leaves die it fills me with a dread because I know what's to come. This is going to be a long winter...

Yep, it is only the beginning of an 8-9 month stretch of rain here. Don't get me wrong, I love the rain, but all things in moderation.

the fall and winter can be rough. I know I had been dreading it too, even though I like the fall .I know that fall will lead into winter. I'm hoping I've turned a corner now. I'm crossing my fingers that winter will be better than last year. I hope you can find the road you are looking for.

So.. back from the doc. She was nice. Motherly, in a stern sorta way.

Send me off for blood work and with a perscription for a Zoloft-variety. She's also gonna have the psycologist call me in again, because she thinks we need to dig more.

Looks like it's gonna be an interesting winter. I just wish I wasn't one of the people who assumes I'm gonna get one of the 1/100000 side effects + all the common ones
