Things feel like;

Obstacles
or Threats
or Burdens
or Inconveniences.

Definitely had that feeling this morning when contemplating the upcoming day...

...I want to eat everything in my pantry.

...I don't have the energy to take a shower.

...I binge watch all seasons of a show. For the fifth time...

Hello Franzmeister,

Thanks for jumping in.

What a difference in day-to-day, for me -

Yesterday --> Extremely dark, overcast & oppressive => Felt like sh!t, and the things on my previously-posted list.

Today --> Blue skies => Felt like - Maybe I can do some productive things today...

So my outlook is either Reactionary Victim or Hey, I Think I Got This...
Hmm.

Wishing you well.

So, today I drove past an old graveyard and had no particular thoughts at all, except to note the neutrality of my thought.

It's not always like that.....

So I guess for the moment at least, I'm NOT depressed.... ;)

I am glad you are doing well. Taking in the world, objective reality, and just letting it exist, without judgment or making anything “wrong”.

I am always fascinated by old and especially small graveyards.

And if you want to change your neutral mood to a downer one, consider this truth, spoken in jest, in this classic Onion article:
