Every joint is SCREAMING at me right now, it's really helpful to have the back catalog of the MIHH to put on the ipod.
I really dread the night lately since it's just me, my mind, and my damaged nervous system. The show's tempo really helps to calm things and that's great.
I really can't stress how this show and the podcast medium in general is really helpful.
