Low Self Esteem

Hi, my self esteem is so low it's almost not there. It always comes back to my core belief that I'm worthless. I'm working hard to beat back the brain weasels but I never seem to make a dent on the core belief. Does anyone have any tips or strategies to try?

My therapist says it needs to come from within, not external validation.

Maybe contemplate how your low self esteem was caused by external forces during your childhood, and then imagine the self-esteem you would have if it were not for those negative external forces.
