Hi everyone. I'm new to forums but I've been listening to the show for a few years. I have depression and anxiety. I also get panic attacks. My father was very emotionally abusive my entire life. Recently I came to decision to cut him from my life. But honestly I not sure how to go about this. And the rest of my family keeps telling me I'm breaking up the family Andy been selfish. My friends have been supportive but can't really relate, so I'm still not sure what to do. I know this won't cure my depression but I'm finally putting my feelings first for the first time ever.
