Re: celebrity death count as bereavement?
thanks Moe and Oak. I would like to do something in her or raise awareness. Ill be walking at NAMI walks Chicago this month. We avoid these kind of discussions in my community. It sucks how the media sensationalizes these kind of stories.

celebrity death count as bereavement?
In this age of social media connections. I became a big fan/had a crush on/admirer of a singer of girl group. I followed her on instagram and was planning to go to one of her concerts soon. Two weeks ago she committed suicide. Her name was Simone Battle of the group GRL. Like everyone else I was com...

Paul's BIG words
On occasion Paul throws a put a $5 word or two on the podcast. Luckily as a listener I can stop the podcast and grad my dictionary. The last episode Paul used the word "mercurial" in a sentence. mercurial adj. 1. Containing or caused by the action of the element of mercury. 2. Quick and ch...

After my grandmother died, my sisters and I were living in my mom's hous...

Down day after orgasm
Hey Paul, I have the same issue that you expressed in the podcast about the post-orgasm blues. This usually occurs with me when I over masturbate but lately it's been common after a single orgasm. Here are a couple articles that have helped explain how the body works after orgasm. http://www.entelec...

Adultb Children Of Alcoholics

This was my first time hearing of this after being notified of it through an Al-anon meeting. ACOA is meeting as described for people whom grew up in a dysfunctional or chaotic enviro...

Re: Exhibitionism
I have for a long time would rather casually change my clothes or walk around the house in the nude with the windows wide open. Consciously or unconsciously hoping that someone would see. I sort like exposing myself in that way, not necessarily for arousal but the idea of someone seeing me bare by a...

triggered by survey responses?
I'm currently at the beginning stages of recovery from sex addiction. I've noticed a pattern of feeling triggered by some of the sexually explicit survey responses that Paul reads on air. I am by no means condemning the responses or of Paul reading them on HIS podcast, it's just some of the very det...

Re: Conflicted, confused, ashamed
Yes, I read the entire post :D I'm not one for long messages but I will say that I'm at least happy that you were able to come to a point of realization and reflection, especially so soon. Love addiction can be complicated but I think that you don't have anything to be ashamed of. Guys and gals can ...
