The good news is it helps minimize my depression.

The bad news is I put on 13 pounds in a year. You really need to watch the weight gain.

Actually I'm older than you think. . Mom lives in Florida and Dad is no longer with us.

It's passing. I'm feeling better. I have my kids this weekend so my mind is sort of occupied.

I hate the feelings but oddly I wouldn't give them up for anything. They're a part of who I am. They fuel my creativity. They allow me to go places no one else can, experience emotional depths that no one else can imagine. I wouldn't give any of that up.

I'm feeling the blues coming on big time. I told my girlfriend and she asked me what she could do. I told her to hang tight, this too shall pass. But right now I feel so awful. So why am I here? I'm in desperate need of a good cry and a hug and reassurance from someone who knows how I'm feeling. Eve...

Bipolar 2 definitely had a huge impact on my marriage.

Thanks... It's over. There's no reconciliation on the horizon. I'm OK with that. I just miss the kids and the life I used to live terribly. But like everything else, I'll just have to move on.
