Crap
I feel like crap. Just saw a few ppl posting in the past couple of hours so thought I would add my thoughts. Maybe I will fill out a survey. I have no good friends, very little social contact outside of work, weekends are the worst. Luckily I have a job that pays me enough to live on but I feel like...

How many episodes have been transcribed?
I was clicking into the older Meghan Parkansky episode the other day to refresh my memory before listening to the new one. Eg Episode 116: Meltdown: Listener Meghan Parkansky Returns While I don't know whether its possible to change the names of old threads, could we adopt such a naming convent...

Re: Episode 115: Ashly Burch
Thanks for the quotes Shanarchy! This turned out to be a really good episode. The first 30 or 40 minutes were a bit slow for me because I found it difficult to relate but it was excellent after that. Paul that's great to suggest that people come to the forum. I hope they do and that you don't have s...

Re: Morning, Noon, Night - when is it the worst?
For me anxiety comes when I most feel lonely. This tends to be when I get home from work and on the weekends starting Saturday afternoon through to Sunday night. These are the times when it's hard to get myself caught up with work and when I most feel that this is when I'm supposed to be having fun ...

Agree with the above! Really identified with the idea that binge eating happens when you can't stand being yourself (paraphrasing, possibly poorly)
