Re: Top of underwear/pants folded in half and the like
A radio commercial had a guy giving a testimonial about a weight loss program. I'm the same height as that guy. I weigh 30 lbs more than him. Than the before weight! (I know that's not as serious as some of the others listed but I hope we can all blow off a bit of steam and have some fun sharing).

Yes I would very much like to see this as well. It helps you let people know that you identified with what they said in their post... (although I wonder for this forum if we could find a different word than "Like", maybe "Hug" - Paul seems to like that word lol)

PS Yes, its true that you can't patch the thigh erosion - it sucks because you have to chuck otherwise good pants!

Lol Churble you got me there, I fold!
After that its pretty much sweatpants. Though the jeans they have now that have a bit of stretchy stuff in them are nice in that you can still retain a little dignity of the jeans wearing and not have to go straight to the sweatpants.

Top of underwear/pants folded in half and the like
Good ex by Paul on Episode 111 Karen Kilgariff re you know your fat when the top of your underwear / pants is folded in half... i.e. think of an out of control muffin top. Paul I see your half folded pants and raise you an eroded pants and underwear crotch! Due to the thighs rubbing together. God th...

I was actually referring to the fact that I liked that the advertisement was kind of funny in Paul's voice... but the music was cool too

Episode 109: Listener Claire Laffar
Good one Paul! (and Claire!)
A theme that I identified with is this idea that we develop coping mechanisms when we are young that aren't as helpful as we become older.
I even kind of enjoyed listening to the advertisement!

Re: Greg Fitzsimmons
Good episode. I've also started to listen to Greg's podcast. I really liked the one struggle in a sentence that said (paraphrasing) that depression (I think it was depression may have been anxiety) was like having a Bugatti in the garage and just continuously revving it without taking it out for a s...
