Re: How I Feel Journal

Paul interviewed on Alison Rosen's podcast
This was quite a good interview even for long time mental pod listeners. While a lot of ground about Paul's past is covered, there are some new insight and info about how he now sees it.

Re: How I Feel Journal
Thanks Manny!
Today I actually went for the fourth time... its cutting into my workday so really I have to start getting to the office earlier.
I find that it definitely helps make me feel less physically stressed although I still have quite a bit of mental activity.

Bad night last night - little sleep due to anxiety but today I went to the gym for the third day in the row so that was good.

Re: How I Feel Journal
So it is Sunday. Sunday is my worst day. Especially with the weekend having been lived in (for the most part) total disconnection. I feel sick about my life and my stomach is starting to tighten a bit. I feel both fearful of making changes yet sick about the amount of time that has already passed an...

Paul interviewed on After Party Chat podcast
Great interview of Paul. Good summary of his back story for those who've not been around the podcast for a while. Plus 10 minutes or so on the history and making of the podcast. Fun fact: Paul has 6 months of episodes in the can... who knew?!?! http://afterpartypod.libsyn.com/after-party-pod-paul-gi...
