Hi Cherry,
Increase the number of meals and eat more snacks. Increase caloric intake and include smarter food more in your daily meals. Drink energy fluids, increase workouts, lift weights and take supplements.

To cure depression share your worries with your family members and close friends and engage in daily physical activities. Accept the things you cannot change, practice giving back and try not to worry. Limit alcohol, smoking and caffeine and have proper sleep.
