I agree if you can swing it tapatalk would be great, software used on a gaming website I was a mod on. Great access with apps and encourages users to check it more often, like at the waiting room for your doc.

We had some wild fires in Spokane last year and the smell triggered me. It hasn't always been like this, I used to be a firefighter as a volunteer while I was on active duty. Completely blindsided me..took me right back to Iraq.

I don't suffer from personality disorder, but I am a veteran. Have you sought out the VA for another look at the diagnosis? Look forward to chatting with you. I'll start posting some good mental health info just for veterans in this subsection.
