Re: Just took have a bottle of zzzQuil, a unisom, some other

I fucking hate it here.

But every time my phone autocorrects “fucking” to “ducking” I hate it a bit less.

Another night of pills, booze and a dreamless sleep to help me numb all of this.

I miss dreaming.
I miss my dreams.

Re: Just took have a bottle of zzzQuil, a unisom, some other

3 YEAR UPDATE: things still suck! I'm on medication again via a new psych. My newborn twins have turned into threenagers. I almost had to be hospitalized in December and again at the first of the year. I left my job last September and took another job with more pay thinking "this is the change ...

Re: Just took have a bottle of zzzQuil, a unisom, some other

I made it through the night. In a fog. I wanted to let anyone who read this know. And I wanted to apologize for it. I am embarrassed and I'm sorry. I've been cycling badly the last week or so and I guess it caught up with me. I've never made an attempt. And I'm not sure what I did last night was one...

Just took have a bottle of zzzQuil, a unisom, some other

OTC Sleep aid and chasing it with 6 pack.

Not sure if it'll kill me, put me in a coma or just give me a really good sleep.

Just can't do this anymore. I'm sorry.

Re: Telling your family you are bipolar

I just recently did this via email with my parents, along with a vent about some of the issues I've had with them. There were years of depression until finally being dianosed with BPII and starting medication. I had some very big hesitations with telling my folks because in my family you just don't ...

Withdrawing from wife and family

I am diagnosed as bi-polar II. Most any time when I'm in the clutches of an depressive episode I find myself withdrawing from everything and everyone. If it starts during the work day I have trouble feeling compelled to complete tasks and just "go through the motions". When I get home, I a...

When the doctor or system disappoints you...

I started seeing a psychologist about 3-4 years ago. She recommended I start medication which would have to be administered through a psychiatrist. I had an initial aversion to medicine, but as she put it, "I'm climbing a mountain with boulders strapped to my back. Medication helps. You still h...

Re: BP & hallucinations??

I'm not sure I have legitimately had hallucinations, but I use to (and sometimes still do) have very vivid images of myself dying or committing suicide, almost to the point that I felt like it was real. I think my senses become heightened I guess. I once had an episode (while I was driving...eek.) w...
