I stopped listening for awhile and then when I came back, I was surprised to hear that Paul and his wife had separated! Does anyone know off-hand which episodes he talks about this? I am very curious to hear what happened and how he handled it.

This is not to minimize or discount the reality of depression. But I do wonder sometimes how much of our suffering comes from living in a culture that normalizes inequality and injustice.

Nice one gfyourself! It's so cool to see someone else make one. Try doing it again in a month. I've found that it changes which is a good reminder for me that whatever state I'm in is temporary. Thanks so much for posting this!
