Re: Putting the "Complex" in Complex PTSD
You had me at John De Lancie. Where do I sign up? I don't have netflix, but can probably find the show on Apple TV. I'll watch a couple and let you know what I think!

Re: Putting the "Complex" in Complex PTSD
I have to admit that I don't know a lot about the Brony culture, or the MLP fandom. I will say that from what I have seen, the whole thing looks pretty fun to me and I have been thinking about watching an episode or two to see what it's all about. One of my dirty secrets is that I collect robot figu...

Re: Long Story Short?
Hi there, A lot of what you said in your original post struck a chord within me, especially the being an outcast part. To this day, I spend so much time feeling and acting like an outcast, I hide from the world, avoid interactions with people, and have pretty bad social anxiety. I gave up alcohol al...

Re: At 1hr 40 min in today, Paul read my shame and secrets
I spend so much time hiding in plain sight that baring my secrets in a public way can be therapeutic for me. Keeping things secret can be very hard work and just letting them go sometimes can be quite a release. That being said, I spend a lot of time journaling at a local coffee shop and I try to le...

Re: Putting the "Complex" in Complex PTSD
Thank you for the reply. I guess I'm not exactly sure where to start with everything. I'm currently in crisis mode and am pursuing options for a long term intensive outpatient stay somewhere. I've come to the conclusion that waiting for the right moment for you to kill yourself isn't very productive.

I heard him read your survey, congratulations. I don't think he got the reference for your username though. I just joined and filled out a couple of surveys myself. Tell me a little about yourself, if you are comfortable.

Putting the "Complex" in Complex PTSD
Hello everyone,
I'm not sure where to begin with all of this. I'm DingoDad, I'm Male, I'm 41 years old, and I have Complex PTSD. I hope there are people on this board who have similar daily problems that I do.
Thank you,
DingoDad
