I was really interested to hear someone else's experiences of hypochondria as this is my main struggle, especially at the moment. Tough to hear about her talk about her breast cancer. My brain obviously thought "oh hey we haven't worried about that for a while" so it's been a horrible coup...

Yay for teddies! :) I still sleep with my teddy most nights, and that brings me comfort. He's small enough to nestle in the palm of my hand and I like to feel that as I fall asleep. Anyone else suffer with health anxiety? It's not something I hear talked about very often (would love to have a podcast episode about it!) so just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat.
