How connected can anxiety and trauma be?
So I've had absolutely crippling anxiety pretty much as long as I can remember, and I've done psychotherapy and CBT for years with very little result. I'm wondering if having a maybe unprocessed trauma can prevent stuff like anxiety from getting any better? Just wondering whether the two are connect...

Ah no I haven't yet, I was wondering if that was worth a try.Have you tried EMDR?
