Paul talks a lot about how beneficial support groups have been for him. I live in a very rural area where I don't have access to this. Would an online support group have a similar benefit? I am wondering if anyone can recommend an online support group or share their experience with one?

I also have mixed reaction to the podcast. The good is that it's very encouraging to hear other people going through the same shit as me.
