Hey, hello
Hey, hello
Hey, anyone. I'm nineteen, and nervous, and wondering how many other people have written their first posts late at night and a little bit desperately. I'm afraid of drivelling or writing too much, so really quickly: I struggle with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. I overthink things until I'm exhausted and miserable, which makes me feel like a helpless doofus. This podcast is a wonderful and less lonely alternative to doing that, for me. I hope hanging out here is a little bit similar.

Welcome, late nights are pretty common for me at least and I too like to write too much. Stick around and you will find lots of friendly people here.

Same. I'm 18 and wonder if I'm too young to be on here so it's nice to know a 19 year old is here.. welcome to the party

Welcome! None of you are too young. I'm 25, but I've been struggling with depression since I was 12. You guys are definitely not alone.
