I've been listening on and off for about a year now, and it has helped me through some dark personal times, including a lengthy depressive episode. Further, this podcast has recently convinced me that I should start seeing a mental health professional. I haven't contacted anyone yet, but I plan to soon.
Here are some things which I recognize as a part of myself which adds to the complexity that is me. None of these are diagnosed, and some of them I don't see as problems.
I am asexual.
I have suffered multiple depressive episodes throughout my lifetime, some of them have lasted for months.
I have a lot of anxiety in social situations.
I am introverted. (This is at least partially due to the previous one, but not entirely so in my opinion.)
I regularly procrastinate on very important things in my life.
I am an atheist.
Greetings
