Hey everybody! I've listened to a few episodes and am loving it so far.
I'm 40, male, married with two kids. I'm not seeing a doctor right now nor am I on any meds.

I'm bringing several issues to the forum, all of which I'll probably write about.

The list looks like, (a few of these I've never typed or uttered from my mouth),

1. What I perceive to be sexual abuse/meddling from my uncle at a young age.
2. Negative self image, low self esteem throughout my life.
3. Bed wetting, toilet issues until I was 10 or 11. This may be related to #1 up there.
4. Parent/family issues, some from childhood, some that extend all the way til now.
5. Job performance anxiety, sometimes I feel like this keeps me back.
6. Fairly recent weight loss, somewhat obsessive exercise and anxiety about gaining weight back.
7. Fairly recent brush with anorexia (see #6), my wife was nearly hospitalized sue to anorexia, and we both went through counseling.
8. Alcohol and marijuana issues, falling short of serious addiction.
9. Recent death of my father, the changes that came about in my life because of it.

That is the first time I placed all of those things in a list. I'm sure there is more, but my lunch break is only so long.
