I have only recently discovered the Pod cast and it feels like I have finally found my long lost crazy family.
Very excited to join the forum as it seems a bit like a support group that I can attend in my PJs at 3:00am.
I'm a 30 something Bipolar 1, eating disordered mess. Nice to meet you all!
