I didn't properly block-off the entry to outside play area and when we took the classroom rabbits outside, one of them escaped (and was caught 2 minutes later).


...and yes, I realize how insane that sounds as a thing I would still stress out over.

I thought things were getting better and then a Ben Fold song started playing and I cried for like 10 minutes and I suspect maybe I'm not quite out of this depressive episode yet.

I feel awful about little things I said or did years ago too. One of these things will pop into my head and I will relive it for the next hour or two.
Depression has a way of not wanting to let go.
