Hi Manatea and welcome!
I used the exact phrasing to my therapist a couple of weeks ago. I was telling her how much the people in this community meant to me. One of the things I told her was IRL I didn't want to wear people out.
I hope you find as much help and support here as I do.

Thanks for the welcome. The funny thing is that I rarely tell my friends much about my problems because I am afraid of unleashing. My problem is long and wordy and I wrote about half of it out and couldn’t retrieve it even after saving the draft. I did request some help but seem to have lost that as well. All this on my phone which isn’t easy, then this week hit and so many things are up in the air as my schedule, along with everyone else’s, has changed. I may have to copy and paste in order to submit my posts.
