Welcome to the forum! It sounds like you're walking through a lot of fear, and that's awesome. Change is usually accompanied by intense fear, at least for me it is. Yet the change is almost always for the better. It sounds to me like you're heading towards a good, more authentic place in your life. Congrats and keep pushing through the fear. Hell, sometimes I try to embrace the fear. A great book for this is by Pema Chordron and it's called "When Things Fall Apart". It's helped me a lot.

That's amazing advice - thank you so much! I have "The Places That Scare You," Pema Chodron's follow-up to the book you mentioned, but never picked it up. I guess now would be as good a time as any...
