The podcasts are like meds to me, too 
without any nasty side effects, and no need for a prescription!
Also: chocolate, pasta, dogs, sleep, knitting and quilting. Some of those have side effects, though ....
Anyhow, I'm new in the forums after a lot of listening and lurking, so we can be ummmm together. Or at least simultaneously. Or something.
