My name is michael. I have never posted but I have checked out the forum from time to time.
It was about 6 to 8 months ago that I stumbled on this podcast.
Today was my first therapy session. I am 54 years old. I was sexually abused by my father, uncle, grandfather
and older brother. I have held it in for all these years.
This podcast helped me to see the need for therapy, something I resisted for years for so many reasons.
Thru Paul's words and those of his guests, I heard my life story, my fears, my loves, my fucked up live coming
thru my computer speakers. It frightened me while at the same time made me feel alive.

I wanted to start this thread as a means to thank Paul and his many guests, who have helped this
scared little 54 old boy finally confront and hopefully conquer his demons.
