Hi,

I have heard 2 episodes of eh podcast so far, and they have started a change in me.

I am 50 something years old and female.

I am old and broken, mentally and physically. I have never had therapy, never told my secrets. (accept once, in a survey here)
By being here, I am trying to find the courage to take the steps necessary to heal.
