Working through Anxiety and its friend Depression. Glald to have found this podcast - i have been able to relate to so many things and people ive heard as a result. At the same time, so scared that i am becoming more aware off my challanges as a result. get depressed to think becoome more aware of how this has affected my life in so manny ways - anxious and eager to get well - i hope those two (anxious and eager) are able to get along :/

I know what you mean. I listen/read and go, omg I have/do that too! So, that's what that is! (With relief to figure it out.) at the same time , I go omg I have/do that too! So, that's what that is! (with fear and anxiety that I really am fucked up and need to get help and need to work up the courage to fight the anxiety to get help). If that makes sense?!?!
Well today it's 3:45am and I'm still up anxious about all that needs to be done tomorrow and before the end of the month. Gonna try to meditate and get at least some sleep...
