Navigating motherhood.....with regret.

I can not be the only person with regret. I am dealing with newly diagnosed Bi Polar, and dealing a husband who feels that doctors are more harm than help.

For what it's worth, I adore my children but absolutely hate being a mother sometimes. I think it's ok and healthy to admit such things. No one talks much about the feelings of anger, resentment, etc. that can come with motherhood. Rest assured you are not alone in your feelings.
