Hi ya'll, I'm new to the forum but have been listening to the podcast for a while now. I have issues like everyone else, one is not being able to share a whole lot haha. So hi from Cali and hope to get into some great conversations soon.

Welcome sleepless!
I hope you'll be able to share more in the future. I am also in Cali, share the three issues you listed, and have been sleeping between 3-5 hours the past few nights. So you're definitely not alone here.
