Hi all,
Just a bit about me:
I'm Jennifer. I'm 25 years old and newly married. I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember. I am a recovering self-injurer, and I just recently "concluded" therapy for a while because with my therapist's help I've gotten to a more positive and stable place. Finally on a medication combination that works (Celexa and occasionally Klonopin).
I'm hesitant about joining in on these forums because I fear that I am setting myself up to be triggered back to my old habits and self talk, but I am fascinated by mental illness and I can participate without back-sliding.
Just recently found the podcast, and am going back and listening to many old episodes.
Okay, that's it for now.

Welcome to the forum. There are so many kind people here who are sympathetic to whatever we're dealing with. They're like anti-trolls! They pepper forums with love, compassion and understanding. The things I've been searching for my whole life. Who knew!
