love the podcast, its nice to know that you're not alone - we all hope we're not, but since most people still don't like to talk about it, its nice to see people who will gladly do so.


me in a nutshell......help, I'm in a nutshell (curls into a ball)

alright, no more Austin Powers jokes, at least right now.

early thirties, wife, 2.5 year old daughter, another baby about half baked. she's an engineer, I'm an out of work marketing/sales/advertising/customer service guy.

I noticed I didn't really get into my head.


So. general AND social anxiety disorders, which are a wonderful combo. As well as Atypical and seasonal depression. was officially diagnosed in my late twenties, but looking back on it, I've been affected in one way or another since the time around my jr or sr year of HS. So I'm well experienced in ups and downs and self medicating as well as doctors and perscriptions.

Its a little silly, but thats kind of the point.

Plus, however bad I feel any given day, I can't possibly feel as bad as that guy did when he fell through the wall.
