Im from the UK and live in the North West of England. I have depression and anxiety disorder and there are times where Im really stable and others not! I really love the show, I cant remember how I came across it but really am hooked! My first show was Lillian. Paul sounds really cool. I listen to the show at night maybe once a week. It brings me a lot of comfort and its brilliant to hear other people's stories and to know I am not alone.
Its 2.29am here and Im listening to the traffic go by and the splash from the puddles, Im cosy in bed after writing up a paper for University.
