Hello, fellow listeners. My name is Kathy. I:
1. worry a lot about health conditions that I think I have (although I have not been told I have them)
2. worry a lot about what will happen when I will suddenly lose my job which I think is pretty much every day
3. develop elaborate pros and cons lists in my head about any and all decisions
4. feel the need to write things down all the time, using my favorite pens
5. learn everything I possibly can about a topic if it interests me
6. am super-sensitive to sudden, loud sounds such as silverware and plates being clanged
7. think I might have obsessive compulsive disorder
8. think I might have anxiety
9. have become a big fan o' the MIHH podcast - for me, it's opened up new ways of looking @ life's situations (putting stuff into context)
10. like summarizing stuff into lists containing ten points
