I'm Jessi. My mom had depression. My dad had depression. I have it and so does my brother. Our sister has it. Even my niece has it, It's a cycle of suck, but you gotta try to stay positive! Do things you love. Surround yourself with caring people. Laugh whenever possible!

I entirely agree and hope you are able to share that outlook with others here. Welcome to the forum. I'm newish here too and hope to see you about sharing a laugh here and there.
