Hello! I've been a recent listener to the podcast and just wanted to stop in and say hi and introduce myself.

My name is Rose, I'm 20 years old. I suffer from controlled BPD traits, depression, and assumed PTSD. I'm in therapy and on certain medications to help maintain my mental health. I have a loving family and boyfriend and I love getting any support I can and helping others if they feel they need it.
