Considering trying online therapy again, I have concerns

IMPORTANT: Our mental health professionals are volunteers. They are either licensed therapists, social workers or interns. ((hugs)) neufena. Proud of you for going and going back. It's hard.

Something you said struck me - that you never want to cry in front of your daughter. I wonder about that. Perhaps a topic to bring up in therapy. Maybe showing her, in age appropriate ways, that all feelings are okay and valid might be more useful. Strong people get sad, too. You are so strong, friend.
