My sex drive goes in and out with no explanation

For twenty years I've suffered a near constant dropoff of sexual drive with no discernible explanation. I've tried everything. Its not a physical thing as far as I know, but nothing has helped at all. It's killing me. 20 years I've suffered being unable to be a consistent lover to those I love. Can you help?
