Group Therapy - What Can I Expect?

Post by Never »

Hi everyone,

I'm starting group therapy for the first time (CBT group therapy) to help alongside CFT once a week with my therapist. What can I expect from the first session?
Will I have to do an introduction to myself?
Do I have to introduce all my problems to the group?
And what actually goes on during each session and how is it beneficial?

Thanks in advance!
