Hello hope2cope, good to hear from you again! I'm glad that our conversation was helpful.

I'm not super familiar with online therapy - you could either go the same route as Paul and go to goodtherapy.com, or you can check with your local mental health agency and see if they do something called telehealth. Does your community have a 2-1-1 or a resource similar to it that would connect you with community resources based on your needs? If you need someone local to you, something like 2-1-1 might be helpful. It sounds like Paul (and some others!) is having some success with goodtherapy.
