Hello fellow mentalpod listeners,
I started listening to the Mental Illness Happy Hour podcast during summer 2014 when I was in a very dark place personally and found it to be an incredible source of support and inspiration. I have been working as a mental health counselor since 2010 and have had my own struggles with depression and anxiety since childhood. It would be my pleasure to hear from you and to offer my empathy and support for whatever challenges you might be facing.

Please feel free to check out my bio below and/or visit my website to learn more about me and my counseling approach.

Warmly,
Erin

When she is not listening to the Mental Illness Happy Hour, she enjoys vegging out with her husband, yoga, swimming, light hiking, traveling and dogs of all kinds.
